Hi, I’m Layla! I was born in the Middle East and raised in Zürich, Switzerland. In 2007, my family and I made the life-changing move to Belize, and I’ve proudly called this beautiful country home ever since.
Over the years, I built my career as a leading agent and 2025 Top Producer at RE/MAX, helping buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate the Belize real estate market. In May 2026, I officially launched my own independent brokerage, “LAYLA – Belize Real Estate,” built on the same values that have guided my business from day one: trust, transparency, local expertise, and exceptional client service.
Opening my own brokerage was a natural next step in my career, allowing me to provide a more personalized and hands-on experience for my clients while building a brand centered around relationships and local expertise. Becoming independent also gives me greater flexibility, more innovative marketing opportunities, and the ability to offer a highly customized approach tailored to each client’s unique goals. After nearly two decades of living in Belize and years of helping clients successfully buy and sell real estate, I wanted to create a brokerage that truly reflects my long-term commitment to this community and the people investing in it.
