HOA Information for Placencia Residences

Empty lot: $500 per year (starts right after you buy).
After 24 months or if you start building, the fee changes:
– $1 per square foot of your home’s size, per year.
– If you haven’t started building by 24 months, they charge based on the minimum allowed home size:
— 2,400 sq. ft. for most lots.
— 4,000 sq. ft. for certain larger lots (lots 29–45 & 91–132).
