Hi, I’m Hatem! I grew up in Zürich, Switzerland, and in 2007, my family and I relocated to Belize, a country I’ve proudly called home ever since. Fluent in both English and German, I work with clients from around the world while providing local knowledge and firsthand insight into the Belize real estate market.
Over the years, I built my career as a Top Producer at RE/MAX, helping buyers, sellers, and investors successfully navigate the market with confidence and clarity. In May 2026, I joined the launch of “LAYLA – Belize Real Estate,” our new independent brokerage built on personalized service, transparency, innovative marketing, and long-term commitment to Belize real estate.
Opening our own brokerage was a natural next step, allowing me to provide a more flexible, hands-on, and customized experience tailored to each client’s goals. After nearly two decades of living in Belize and years of helping clients buy and sell property, I wanted to help create a brokerage that truly reflects our values, our dedication to this community, and our passion for helping people invest in Belize with confidence.
